Artistic and athletic performances are subjective in nature and can be difficult to evaluate with traditional grades. Instead, these performances should be evaluated based on criteria specific to each discipline, such as technique, creativity, and execution. Providing constructive feedback and encouragement can be more beneficial for the growth and development of artists and athletes, rather than assigning them a grade. Additionally, focusing on the individual progress and effort of the performer can be more meaningful than a simple letter or number grade. **

Artistic gymnasts are typically small because a smaller body size allows for better agility, flexibility, and strength-to-weight ratio, which are essential for performing the intricate and demanding routines in gymnastics. A smaller body size also allows for better control and balance, which are crucial for executing precise movements on the apparatus. Additionally, a smaller body size reduces the risk of injury when performing high-impact and high-risk maneuvers. Therefore, many gymnasts are naturally predisposed to be smaller in order to excel in the sport. **
